Refund Policy
When we issue refunds and how long they take.

When you are entitled to a refund
You are entitled to a refund when you return an eligible pack within the return window, when a pack arrives faulty, incomplete or incorrect, or when an order is cancelled before it is dispatched. These rights sit alongside your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
How refunds are calculated
Refunds cover the price you paid for the returned items. Original delivery charges are refunded where a pack is faulty, incomplete or incorrect. For change-of-mind returns, the original delivery charge may not be refunded, and return postage is your responsibility.
How long a refund takes
Once we receive and check a returned pack, we aim to approve the refund within 5 working days. The time for the money to reach you depends on the payment method used for the order.
Refund method
Refunds are issued using the same method used to pay for the order. As online card payment is being connected, our team currently confirms the payment method with you and processes any refund through that same method. We never ask for card details by email or phone.
Cancelling before dispatch
If you cancel an order before it has been dispatched, we will refund it in full. Email support@toyourhome.shop as soon as possible so we can stop the pack before it is sent.
