Shipping Policy

How we pack and send your ready packs across the UK mainland.

Where we deliver

We deliver to addresses on the UK mainland. At this time we do not ship to addresses outside the UK mainland. If you are unsure whether we can reach your address, contact us at support@toyourhome.shop before ordering.

Handling and dispatch

Each pack is assembled and packed to order at our base in Sheffield. The handling window shown on a pack is the time we expect to take to prepare and hand the parcel to the carrier. Handling windows are working days and exclude weekends and public holidays.

Delivery estimates

Once a parcel is collected by the carrier, delivery times are estimates provided by that carrier. They are not a fixed or promised delivery date. Carrier delays caused by weather, access or address problems are outside our control, although we will help you follow up where we can.

Delivery charges

Any delivery charge is shown before you confirm an order. For bulk and multi-pack orders, delivery is quoted by our team based on the size and destination of the order.

Tracking and receiving

Where the carrier provides tracking, we will share it with you. Please check your parcel on arrival and let us know within a reasonable time if anything is missing or arrived damaged, so we can put it right.

Payment status

Online card payment is being connected. Until it is live, our team confirms each order and arranges payment with you before a pack is dispatched. We never request payment through unofficial channels.
