Returns Policy

Changed your mind or received the wrong pack? Here is how returns work.

Your right to return

You can return most packs within 30 days of delivery. This is in addition to your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 where they apply to your order.

Condition of returns

To be accepted, items should be unused and in their original condition and packaging, with all parts of the pack included. For reasons of hygiene, opened consumable refills such as paper goods cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

How to start a return

Email support@toyourhome.shop with your order details and the pack you wish to return. We will confirm the return address and the next steps. Please do not send a pack back before contacting us.

Return postage

If you are returning a pack because you changed your mind, you are responsible for the cost of return postage. If a pack is faulty, incomplete or not what you ordered, we will cover the return cost.

Faulty or incorrect packs

If something arrives damaged, incomplete or different from the listing, tell us within a reasonable time and we will arrange a replacement or a refund. Sharing a photo of the issue helps us resolve it quickly.

Refunds after a return

Once we receive and check a returned pack, we process the refund. See our Refund Policy for timings and methods.
